* 10% Extra cost for full steel pipes.

* All the concrete mix is 1:2:4.

* M.S. Sheet around 1.25mm gauge to 1.50mm gauge.

* Reinforcement 8mm Dia Main Bar & 5mm Dia distribution bars or 8mm Dia distribution also.

* M.S. Sheet painted with anti corrosive bitumestic paints.

* All the Man Hole Covers can be provided with hole as required for rain water purpose.

* For Noida, Inderapuram & G. Noida the rate will be 10% extra.
